    Osiyo, I am WayaGawonii (Wolf is Speaking). I live in outside Nashville, NC and know of my Cherokee heritage (I also have Irish from my mother's side). I just found out yesterday that I have Haliwa~Saponi also in my lineage. I am proud of this for I have walked the Cherokee Path my life, and now know why I visit Hollister and go hiking there. I felt a strong connection to the Land there as I do in Cherokee.
    I am a retired Social Services Crisis Counselor and I write, paint & teach the Native Ways of our Ancestors.
