Why Do You Want to Join Saponitown Forum?:

First I am a history buff and unfortunately I got interested in my family roots after my Father passed. My Mother would not talk about the the pass due to the discrimination my Father encountered due to his dark skin. My cousin Earl Cole who lives close to Knoxville has been studying our family since 1966 and he has several pictures of our descendants in military uniforms. There are more Cole's close to Rose Hill, Lee, VA., that were born before my Father in 1911 I'd like to have more info on if anyone could share that would great.
