Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas; have been doing genealogy for about 20 years. Am now working on husband's (Bob) family tree and have found several links to North and South Carolina. Family names are White, Sandlin, Bass(e), Boswell, Heffington and others. Thank you for accepting me (us) as members of the forum. As stated above, we have discovered links to the Indians of the Upper South and look forward to learning more. Our youngest son married a Pottawatomie and our grandchildren are registered. It was a great surprise to learn that my husband may be a descendant of a different family.
