    I recall your message in Jan 2016. In your profile photo, you look like me. I'm related to you through my 3rd g-grandmother, Nancy Anderson (1836-1862) who was born in Cherokee Nation in Walker county, GA. Her sister Malinda is your line who married Silas McNabb in Chattanooga. My paternal grandmother, Lestra Lawson Gray's favorite uncle Ulysses Sherman Gray wrote in 1978 about Malinda & her husband with 3 boys (one boy & the twin boys). Does that fit your family background?
    One researcher confirmed that Nancy was Native American. Nancy's maternal line came from SC to GA to Hamilton county, TN. I have reason to believe that she was Blackfoot.
