Is there any record of Harriet “Happy” Rogers (possibly from Surry County, NC)?
Happy was the wife of William Thomas Riddle and might have been a daughter to Doswell Rogers. Some think she might have been a Roberts instead. I just don’t know.
After William Thomas Riddle was hanged in Wilkes County, NC in 1781, she is said to have married William Ingraham and lived near Kyles Ford, TN in Hancock County.
