Sorry about that. I get cut off all the time so I’ve learned to be quick and not dawdle!:) Do you have any magazines in mind to query yet? Pick atleast 3, study their word count and what specific things they look for in the articles they print. You can also check and see if they have a web site. A lot of times they will and they’ll have authors guidelines on there for you to follow when making your submission. Or there’s always the Writer’s Digest, yearly Writer’s Market, it’s full of great places to work with and sugestions for how to sell your work. The hardest part is not researching or writing the piece, it’s in the query letter and the way it sells your piece.
