Hello everybody
Hope to see you in Washington on Tuesday Sept 21 at the Washington Mall for the dedication of the Museum
I was just watching our local news and they were talking about the opening of the museum. It was great to see so many Native Americans all gathered together and according to what they said…the museum is free but they are giving out tickets because they are expecting over 6,000 people thrugh there in the next few days. It gave me a real tingle of pride to see and hear about this event. Just wish I could have been there.
Hello,
I went to the parade and opening ceromonies for the museum. It was beautiful. I saw somebody that had Fort Christanna T Shirts on and it said Saponi but I couldn’t get close enough to talk to them. Maybe I’ll see them tomorrow. Oh, and it was so many people I couldn’t even get tickets to get in for the day time but I live in the area so I can always go.
