Just recieved a call from my son who is sending children to friends and neighbors. He came home from the store to find them all out on the street and the house on fire. What a way to celebrate the New Year…..They have four children still living at home but thank God everybody got out safly.

I got a call from my son. The fireman accompanied him back inside the house to get a few things. He said the fire was due to wiring problems in the wall. There is a lot of smoke and water damage but they think they can salvage some things. The Red Cross was on their way and I can only assume that they are at a local motel. He said he would call but must have got tied up as I haven’t heard back from them.
Yes, I am thankful they all got out and that everybody is safe.
