Need help here….Please…:) I’ve gotten information that Soloman Clay was the father of Robert Clay b.abt.1795 Virginia (married Martha “Patsy” Goin/Gowen)…Then Jourdan Clay..

does anyone know which is the correct one. I’ve seen Jourdan on many of the census records. Clarification would be greatly appreciated.

I posted Robert as married to Martha Goin/Gowen…..WRONG! He was married to Sarah Sets(z)er b.abt 1820 in NC….

So many family members…get confused on occasion.
