does anybody on this forum have record of being a descendant of the Paspeheghe (Paspahe) – pardon my spelling 🙂 or know of anybody who has?
I am looking for such a person for a special event during 2007.

I tried searching for the Paspahegh and couldn’t find their webpage if one indeed exists.
However,they were part of the Powhatan Confederacy and Charles City,CO VA was home to the Paspahegh,Weyanoke,and Chickahominy.

I am familiar with the Weyanoke Ass. and I found quite extensive mention on divers websites about the Paspahegh.
It seems like they are extinct by now and so far I have not heard from anybody who could trace their ancestry to a Paspahegh root.
Whoever survived at the time most probably got absorbed by the Chickahominy and Weyanoke as you mention.
