Webb and Maples surnames

I read with interest the message from Patience about her mother’s uncle being a “giant”.My g.mother was over 6’6″ tall. I was wondering if there was any info. on Simeon Curtis Maples and Rhoda Webb. They were married in 1901, and had my g.mother, Minnie Salina Ellen Maples in 1902. The maples clan that I’m descended from came from Virginia{I think} to Sevier Co. Tennessee. My g.mother was born in Hiland Missouri. I would appreciate any info that anyone is willing to share with me. Thanks
