COnestoga Valley/Susquehanna/Susquehannock

SO here i am just going through some old Family documents and got curious on some of my Light family research that has them at Conestoga Valley in 1719! SO how is this relevent well I did not know that the COnestoga happend to be another name for the Suquehanna. ANyone wants to check it out here is the web addy.
