Good afternoon everyone….I have been reading over a book that “found me” …it is one of the 9 volumes written by Richard & Vicki Haithcock….this section of the book is very factual and informative and I wanted to list the names of those individuals listed in this section for others who may connect directly with any of these folks…if any of these birth or death certificates are your direct ancestor, feel free to email me for further details on the certificates. Listed in order of appearance in the book (Volume 9) are the following:
Rosa Gibson (birth)

Not suprisingly…many of these children and their parents are listed randomly as B, MU, Indian and many as Red….a very small few are listed as W. About 90% or more of the individuals listed above are members of my family tree…be they directly or connected via an allied surname. A few I was unaware of as well. I have never had the opportunity yet to visit the Pike County Historical Society but hope to in the very near future. Thus far, to me…this section is the most informative…I still have plenty more to read and transcribe and add to my tree notes. I am most grateful at finding it. Thanks go to Richard and Vicki for writing and affording me/us the opportunity to take a peek at some of our ancestral history. Blessings to all~~~Laurie
