I was inspired by a previous thread where there was a discussion about a womans name if it had NA roots. I had a distant relative named : “McManswa” who they also called him Samuel.(It’s recorded in the census records) I have searched high and low, looking for what this could mean or what NA association if any it has, so what better place to ask then here. Any ideas? :confused:
