Turner/Jarrell/Scott/Poythress line

my best friend and i (23 years) have been piddling around trying to research our families family tree. in the past few months we started sharing what we had found with one another to find that we share the same gr gr grandparents (2 sets!!//Francis barkus & Nathaniel Jarrell and Rebecca Garner & Nathaniel Turner on both my gr grandfathers mothers and fathers side) We have had no luck in finding rebecca’s parents and only the mother of Nathaniel Turner (Winnifred) there seems not to be a father in existance!! Also on my grandmothers mothers side of the family ( I have Turner running on both sides of the family!!) My gr gr granmother (Annie Turner Turner) and her gr gr grandmother (Lillie Turner Scott) are sisters. Lillie was married to Couch Scott. We are at a dead end on the parents of Annie and Lillie. We beleive they may be Mary and James J Turner. no idea what Marys maiden name may have been or either Mary or James parents. Any information would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
