Daugherty and Spencer

Osiyo everyone,

I, too have a tie to Rachel Daugherty & Aaron Spencer [see post #23, http://www.saponitown.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3243&page=2%5D. My maternal line goes as follows: Rachel & Aaron: dau- Mary (m: William Zion Hobbs), dau: Sarah Hobbs (m: William Yeary Chrisman), dau: Nervesta Jane Hobbs (m: David B. Cable), dau: Pearl Cable (m: Robert Russell) dau: my grandmother dau: my mother dau: myself

That being said, I had once heard that through the Daugherty line runs either Cherokee or Catawba. This was many years ago & the family member has no proof. As a child, my grandfather had nicknamed me Little White Dove & my brother was Snow. We both had hair so blond that it looked white. Well, that is all I have for now. Sgi for listening & it is good to meet all of you.
