Marriage Lic

Hi

I am wondering if I can request a marriage lic for my ggrandfather, Wyatt Coleman.

I have no information on his first wife but she was the mother of my grandmother Luetta Coleman. I am also very interested in the birth cert. for my grandmother, Luetta.

All I know is that the Coleman family came from Clover town, in Halifax. I have the name of my ggrandfather’s second wife. If anyone some information on how I can get a copy of the birth cert or maggiage lic. I am very grapfull.
