Hey Bill, I’m looking for some information about an Amos Collins in Morgan county Indiana that was recalled back to Kentucky for a court case to be a witness. He is listed as FPC in Indiana near the rest of the Collinses.
Do I have the right name of Amos Collins for that one?
I thought that I had posted something here at Saponitown about it but can not find it. I think there was a conversation about age differences and that it may had been unclear as to relationship of that Collins family and the one in Morgan County Indiana.
I vaguely recall this story but I don’t find anything here on Amos and nothing of him being near the others. Might that have been Hiram?
It could have been another name all together. I’m uncertain but I was remembering a posting where I was discussing a court case with someone where a Collins relative was called to testify and they were called from Indiana to do this. The person was listed as FPC in Indiana.
I’m too young to be having an Alzhiemer moment but I guess my memory is just fading to quick. Either that or I have too much on my mind for my own good.
If you remember anything about it please let me know. I’m almost certain it was Amose but it could have been Ambros or Abraham. I will let you know when I come across it again if I do before you.
Thank you so much for your help.
