Does anyone know anything about Indains in the Ulster County area of New York state and in that area?
The Indians of Ulster Co NY belonged to the Wappinger Confederacy of Delaware (Lenape) Indians. They may also have had some connection to their neighbors to their north the Mohicans. All were Algonquian speaking.
