A NewBee!
Don’t it drive you nuts when a newbie to a website gets on and enthusiastically starts posting all over the place? Hmmm, Not me, I’m sure. It’s kinda like when a friend finally gets a computer and joins the rest of the 21st century. Then here they go, Forwarding all those jokes and silly internet junk that we all have seen over and over again for the last several years.
Unfortunately for you all, I have had a website with a messageboard since 2001 and I am the number one poster so if you are sitting back tapping your thumbs on your desk waiting for me to slow down…I’m sorry.
Thanks for allowing me to be a member.

April 15, 2008 at 1:20 pm #31293Actually, that is a picture of a little hand painted metal eastern woodland indian. I went and placed an image of a Virginia waterfall behind him and faded it out so it looked like it was off in the distance.
This is the model I am using for my outfit I am working on. The flintlock rifle will probably be the last thing I get. I would like to join a Woodland Indian re-enactment group. I am going to have to trim down some. Otherwise, I’m going to have to join that one I saw in Ohio that looks like they represent the Fat-Boy tribe. 🙂
I won’t be in VA soon enough for any May (and probably not June) pow-wows. I am thinking about going to one here this weekend at Withlacoochie State Park.
April 15, 2008 at 1:20 pm #31294If you trim down, you will just get fattened up eating Indian tacos up here…LOL. What part of Florida are you in? My grandson’s mama just got a job in West Palm beach….so I guess they will be moving in June.

April 15, 2008 at 1:20 pm #31297I live near Weeki Wachee on the central west coast in a community we call Indian Country because all the street names are after tribes.
I have to trim down and start running as one of things a person must be able to do is reload and prime your flintlock while running. Thats gonna require me to get back into my USMC shape which was a long time ago.
April 15, 2008 at 1:20 pm #31361Sounds like you are on the opposite side of Florida than she will be. She is actually in Jupiter.
I think I’ll just stick with dancing….doing the ladies traditional doesn’t require running….maybe some crowhopping….caw caw.
