Native American genealogy research from the Piedmont of NC & VA
Tagged: Dreaminghawk, Ken
I thought I had posted this here but I can’t find the original post. Just letting everyone know that Ken Dreaminghawk passed away from congestive heart failure on January 21, 2025. He will be missed so very much in the Native community as one who honored all Veterans at each and every powwow, could ferret out the genealogy for most anyone, and also a wonderful dancer. He was my mate, friend, and true love. I will post information about a Celebration of Life that we plan to have in June.
His obituary can be found at brooksandwhite.com.
This site is one of the indispensable resources that I have used to find information about my ancestors, and I’ve seen the Dreaminghawk profile in many searches. Everyone on this site brings such important information about their ancestors and it’s a great loss to hear that anyone on this site is no longer around. I wish you well during this time.
He was a great and supportive resource on SaponiTown. He is missed.
