I wasn’t aware of the Native American relationships… The Cayuga and Seneca names and history are most prevalent here… I’ve found the Cayuga connections My part of the South as well… just across the river from where I was born is Mingo and Logan Counties, West Virginia… the extent of Native American influence is much greater than generally know… or, would that be generally accepted?
