Hey Cuzzin Yellow Woman, Just wondered if you got to the pow~wow last weekend and if so how was it? I want to get to one sometime~somewhere this summer. I am in Indiana~I usually go to the fall festival at Fort Quatnon(sp) the “Feast of the Hunter’s Moon”, but have never danced at it. My son used to dance at pow~wows as a fancy dancer and I used to love to watch him and his friend John dance. John was a full~blood Kiowa adopted off the rez. Anyway, Sammarroq~Shirley has Sparks also. We’re just a lotta “Sparkie” peoples now aren’t we!?~lol Take care and stay connected~Greydove~^~:)
3RD Times a charm?… HEY Dove, I keep getting kicked off? Made it to the pow-wow…. Made frybread all weekend. I volunteered. But I got to enjoy the visiting and the sound of the drum…. I don’t dance . Had a hip replacement. {bad wreck years ago.} …. The world just wouldn’t be right without “sparkie” peoples…. :)] {right shirley?} …. short and sweet and I’m done. Later Dove ….. hope this one makes it through?
