Brazshell,
I had a friend in college back in the 70’s (Florida) who was a Virginia “Blackfoot” (her word)
who didn’t want or like to be photographed.
She’s probably in her early 60’s now and I’ve spent a lot of time trying to locate my friend.
On powwow etiquette sites I’ve visited, they say one should ask permission before taking photographs.
