I’m researching my gg grandparents Leroy and Olive (King) Bartlett. I’m trying desperately to find out what Olive’s Indian heritage was. They lived in Floyd County, Va. I’ve plenty of info on the Bartletts, but very little on the Kings. Olive King was born on or about 1817 in Floyd or Montgomery County. My mother always said she thought her Grandmother was Blackfoot. She attended a Quaker School in Pa. at one time so is it possible that she was indeed Blackfoot?
