Native American genealogy research from the Piedmont of NC & VA
I ran across a page that had a few listed Mulatto names in the same county as my surnames of Harrell and Everett that I’m searching. It was interesting to find a cluster of Harrells and Everetts in the same county of Nansemond VA, as well the Mulattos. The first I had noticed either. Though my same surnames were not listed as so, I thought Id share the Mulatto names in case anyone else is looking for them. No luck on my own specific people yet, but maybe this will bring someone else luck?
I only focused on the one county where I noticed these together, but there may be others to be found in the same source in other counties. In fact, if I notice more during my search, I will post them also.

The year is 1784 specifically…
