Dear Forum:
So many of us has relitives or ancesters that came from this area. There are many poor communities that set in these mountains that are so rich in our heritage, however, as the coal gave out many of these people have been forgotten and the land deserted.
Mother nature has dealt these folks flooding two years in a row. Many had not recovered from last years floods and are struggling just to survive. This flood has been a killer one as six bodies have been found. Rain continues this week to the already drenched ground. I am asking, Can we do anything to help?
