I am researching Walter/Walton Arthur Gipson/Gibson b abt 1834 Macon Co., NC.
We know he served in the Civil War and I have that information.
His parents were Hiram Gipson/Gibson b 1810 Burke Co., NC
and Margaret “Peggy” Jones b 1815 Orange Co., NC
Believe they ar buried in Sugarfork Cemetery, Macon Co., NC.
Hiram’s parents were George W. Gipson/Gibson and Lavinia Emmett.
I have quite a bit on this line. Please feel free to contact me.
Take care,
Darlene
