Hi Saponi Weaver
Just an off the wall question, nothng to do with your recent post. Just curious, is it Weaver as in weaver of fabric, or Weaver as in last name Weaver?
Thanks Threecrows
you have family enrolled in the Haliwa-saponi tribe and they say you are to old to join? that’s a new one. What kind of craziness is that!

What are the stated requirements of these people. I too, have ancesters who were of these people. My families came west very early in America history.
Must be a small tribe, you have to 6 years old or less? How tall can you be?
cherosage must have family that are in the tribe, greywolf that is funny
Saponiweaver,
Go to the Haliwa Saponi website and download the August edition of the Voice. It explains why you can’t enroll, and what you can do in case they open enrollment in the future..
