Just wanted to take a moment to wish a happy and blessed birthday to both of you. Hope you have a wonderful day….and many more. So is the cake gonna be chocolate….or yellow…..or red velvet?? Oh, and let’s make some homemade ice cream, too…..your choice.

Thank ya… thank ya verra much.
Yesterday was my middle grandson’s 5th birthday, and we’re going to celebrate together tomorrow. (After a fairly long drive.) The other two are in CA — I don’t drive that far, but we flew out a couple of weeks ago. Fun to be with the little guys, but air travel seems crazier every time we do it.
Thank you all very much and a happy birthday to all the others on this great day. Sixty-five years ago my Mama strung(tied) tobacco at the barn all day and came in to help Grandma fix supper. After cleaning up the kitchen my father went and got the country doctor (Dr. James Bradsher) the same doctor that delivered him and later my brother. I was born that night in the home-house, the last Yancey to actually be born there. Thank you all again.
