I would like to wish everybody a happy and safe holiday. I will be spending it with my family. We have the annual Easter Egg hunt for the grandchildren. They are getting a little too old but enjoy it anyway. I put my order in for a great grandbaby but Amanda and Joey said I would have to be patient. They are getting married August 7th and don’t want to put the cart before the horse. I thank God I have such a sinceable granddaughter , but wish they were all that way. ( have 18 grands so they aren’t all like Amanda)
The turkey is on, the meatballs in the crock pot and Sue is bring the ham. Amy and Thong are bring fried rice and homemade egg rolls( hummm good) We have a variety of vegetables, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, home made bread; Debi’s bring the drinks, Mike is making a salad, and Ronnie is bring several kinds of pies . ( Ronnie stopped by the bakery…he doesn’t cook)
Our family is made up of Italian/Portuguese/English/Vietnamese/Irish/American Indian
We hope all of you enjoy the day as much as I know we will. I complain about all the work of getting things parpared but to be honest I live for these times I can see all of my kids together. As I have gotten older the kids all pich in and it is great to know that they charish the memories of all our family get togethers. I thought I would share my day with everybody and wish that you could all be here with us too. God bless…….
