Hey, I dont want to embarrass any of the men folk out there, but then they had mother and sisters and wives. From being so severely lactose intolerant, I tend to get yeast infections a lot more, from not being able to eat regular yogurt like other people.
What did/do the women do to prevent it? Any herb I can take on a regular bases to help me.
Please let me know.
Thank you.
I have problems with yeast infections in the folds of my fat. I use Vicks Vaporub on that infections, It will kill the infections. For internal infections, eating sugars makes it grow more. Eating garlic, cranberry, tea tree, helps to keep your body with the right inviroment to avoid the infections. I also take probotics. that puts the good bacteria into my system that keeps the infections under control. as the yeast infections is an over growth of the wrong kind of bacteria.
It sounds like you have a general yeast overgrowth in your body. There are a number of things you can do to get it under control. The most effective is by cutting down on what it feeds on, which is sugar and simple carbs. I would address the issue from the inside and outside at the same time.
Probiotics are top priority since your digestive tract is out of balance. They are in yogurt but you can get them in capsules too. Get one with billions of microorganisms. Keep them refrigerated.
Other herbs you may consider include garlic, caprylic acid, olive leaf, colloidal silver, VS-C, and Paw Paw Cell-Regulator.
