True enough…thanks for the linky loo….I give my children L. acidophillus and we always purchase the live culture (refrigerated) yogurt or tabs…apparently the live cultures can die offf quickly if not kept refrigerated….and YES indeed they do help fend off my son’s pretty severe dermatitis…a condition he has had since infancy. With so many familial allergies I do my best to preclude their severity. Local Bee Pollen is also a right helpful antidote for seasonal allergies too…just fetch a bee keeper that lives right close by and have at it…my kids have sucked on bee pollen “honey straws” off and on for years thanks to Chuck our local old timer bee-man and I must say…even with having 5 children in one household…we really rarely have bouts of colds or flu and the like…luck or happenstance or a wee bit of preventive measures have carried us far.
