Native American genealogy research from the Piedmont of NC & VA
Hi, everybody,
Just thought I would send you all greetings from Beijing, China. I walked The Great Wall under lights last night and another section this morning. I explored The Forbidden City and Tienemmon (Spelling wrong, I think) a few days ago. Bought pearls at a pearl market and saw the Peking Opera. Having a wonderful time. Touch down at O’Hare in Chicago on Monday.

PS: BTW, I saw how the Chinese teach with technology a bit too. We also visited an elementary and secondary school.
Well, I’m glad to hear that you put some time in at “work”.
Tuff duty!
About Wednesday (or will that be Thursday:) you might recover from jet-lag.

Great trip, Cindy, did you send us some post cards?
“She” was probably too busy working on the Great Wall 🙂
Hey, yall!
I am back. If you want pix, I can post some. We had a great time. Saw some folks in their education program, including their Deputy Education Minister. Interesting – finally a country that wants to copy our education program. Nice feeling, given all the education critics out there who compare our students to other countries.
