We will probably attend this one because it is so close to our home and a good time to connect with those we have not seen all winter.

January 2, 2008 at 4:17 pm #29289Hey Rick
Happy New Year! Hope you can make it. This is an indoor pow wow, with limited seating on the bleachers. Come early and bring a pad to sit on. It tends to be crowded early in the day, but, thins out around dinnertime.
It is mainly a draw for NA kids to come attend the school, keep this in mind. It’s a bit different from most pow wows. Please let me know if you are coming, of course I know what you look like now….LOL.

January 2, 2008 at 4:17 pm #29816The drums were really awesome today. We enjoyed taking our grandson and seeing Jade and so many of our other powwow friends. It was a good start to the 2008 powwow season;-)
January 2, 2008 at 4:17 pm #29837Sorry we could not be there. Glad y’all had a good time!
January 2, 2008 at 4:17 pm #29848I wish I had gotten my regalia finished in time…it would have been nice to dance at this one. It was nothing like any of the ones we had attended before. I did pick up quite a few flyers for other pow wows and will post them when I get a chance.
It was a nice break from the wedding stuff….and gives me something to think about when the planning gets to be too much. Wish y’all could have been there but know it was better for you to get some rest and get over the winter “bugs”….hope all are feeling better now.
