Native American genealogy research from the Piedmont of NC & VA
This pow wow was one of the most inviting events I’ve ever attended. I will try to attend again in the near future.:D:D:D:D

Yes, we have attended this one a few times. That’s the bad thing about having three or four on one weekend…you can’t go to all of them. We just had to choose the one closest to us.

I’m sorry I couldn’t make it over Saturday to the Nottoway. I had a low tire last week,put on the spare and didn’t want to go too far from the house.
I wanted to go real bad.:( I’ve met 3 members of the tribal council,have the e-mail for one,and wanted to surprise them.:D
Saw your album. I’m definitely going to put this powwow on my schedule for next year.
Looks like my mentors were there! (Are also black NDNs) Wish I could have seen them.
I’ll be at the Powhatan Native in October. Maybe my mentors will be there also.
