Native American genealogy research from the Piedmont of NC & VA
The Annual Occaneechi-Saponi Pow-wow will be held June 13 & 14, 2003, behind the New Courthouse on the Banks of the Eno Eiver in Hillsborough, NC. Take Exit 164 off I-85 and head north into town on Churiton Street.
Grounds open 5PM Friday, 10 AM Saturday
No Competition dancing, just plenty of good times.
Eastern Bull and Falling Water Drums will provide the singing.

The Quanah Parker Pow-wow if it is like it usually is will also be a sort of Parker family reunion for his descendants and you might get to meet them & hear some good stories about the “old days”.
