I have corresponded with the author, and although I don’t agree fully with everything he states…too little I don’t agree with to raise a fuss with him, and he knows this… what he says is at least backed up the best more-so than anyone else on the subjects he presents on his site with documents and facts, and not just stories, theories, and articles from a latter time period that is really nothing more per se’ than hearsay. Nothing but respect for the man because of that.

Did you see the rest of his site? I believe that my Brown Catawba (?) ancestors may have moved down to NW Florida during this Catawba mini-migration.
