It’s been a while. I’ve had some seemingly good leads this summer only turning into red herrings on trying to find my Native ancestry. I ran into this a few days ago.

I match have two cousins with a Sarah Perkins (born 1793 in North Carolina) who married in Missouri to William Maupin. I don’t know if this Sarah Perkins were related to the Perkins mentioned in the link above though.
I was just curious if there could be a Native American connection here. Feel free to share with me, like potential tribes {if any} or whatnot. Anything at all will help.
I haven’t been able to find any information on Sarah Perkins’ family besides her children and spouse. Does anyone here know anything about the Perkins family?
