I just received a notice from vbulletin that they now have a new release that will give us a content management system and a blog, integrated into this site with the latest upgrade. It’s $130. I also mentioned a WIKI add-on I want us to get. That’s $39.

We have tons of research here that needs to be organized into a coherent table of contents, the WIKI would do that. We’ve had great researchers here in the past who left because their research was in the same flow as the general public. After a certain point, they wanted to protect the credibility of their work, and couldn’t deal with the open forum context anymore. If we had a CMS, we could set up separate areas where individuals or groups could do their thing without interuption, digression or less than credible dilution.
