Native American genealogy research from the Piedmont of NC & VA
I have Meredith Collins listed on 1797 tax list for Wilkes County, NC however I sent for a hard copy of that list and when I recieved it he is not on it. Do you have access for any information for Wilkes Co.? I believe the name was spelled Meredia in the early records including Wilkes Co.
