Linda and I did some virtual spring cleaning of SaponiTown.com this week. The following changes have been made:
- The forum software has been updated from 4.2.2 to 4.2.3 which has enabled login to the site with Facebook accounts.
- A series of Facebook like/share/tweet/google+ buttons have been added to articles and posts.
- The Articles item in the menu now has Historical Articles from the home page.
- Articles has subsections Forum Posts Promoted to Article where we can promote good forum posts
- Tutelo (Yesanechi) Language Revival is another subsection to archive content from Facebook and SaponiTown
- The ‘Publish to Facebook’ feature DOES NOT appear to be working at present. It is fully supported in Version 5 of the software which costs about $300.
