I’ve added some photos to my “Possible Native American Ancestors” album.

My father passed away on February 29th at age 70.

My parents were divorced when I was 8. Until now, I’ve had no pictures of him or his side of the family at all, but my stepmother has very kindly shared some photos with me.

We were able to spend a little time with Dad while he was back home being cared for by Hospice. I’m very grateful for that opportunity.

My Dad was very smart, He was a musician, artist, poet and story teller. He had a clever sense of humor that I have learned is very “Indian”.

In spite of all his talent, his life was filled with struggle and dispair.

I have never stopped missing my Dad. I was grateful that I was able to tell him that, and tell him that I loved him.
