The above website speaks of extinguishing the rights of several Indian tribed that migrated to Missouri (except for the Osage for whom it was their home) and is dated 1824 —
Remnants of the Delaware and Shawnee near Cape Girardeau and the head of the Currant River, Delaware at the head of the White River, Piankashaws at the headwater of the Black River, Peoreas at the head waters of the St. Francis River, Kickapoo and Osage on the Osage River.
Which River is the Osage River?

Mensions removing all Indians west of the Mississippi. Says @ 3,100 Indians, Ohio, Southern Indiana, and Illinois. The tribes mentioned are Wyandotte, Shawnee, Seneca, Delaware, Kaskaskia, Miamis, Eel River.
Who are theEel River Indians?
In Missouri and Arkansas it mentions the Delaware, Kickapoo, shawnee, Weas, Delaware, Piankashaw, Cherokee, Quawpaw, Osage.

At the link above it says (this is in 1824)
That is New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and “perhaps” Maryland, thre remain a few Indians. Virginia is not mentioned.
Three is a table of Idian tribes still existing East of the Mississippi on the next few pages. It says there are 47 Indians in Virginia, these being Notaway.
