Native American genealogy research from the Piedmont of NC & VA
My name is Mitchell Frame and I am originally from Wisconsin. My mom was adopted at only 3 days old in Santa Ana, Ca, where she was born. Supposedly my mom’s biological mother was somewhere around 80-90% blackfoot and cherokee indian. How much of each I have no clue. My mom’s mother’s maiden name was Morris. My mom’s maiden adopted name is Ingrid Monical. Her adopted parent’s names are Earl and Meriel Monical.
I want to find my biological grandma and get some info on her Native American heritage.
The one thing that I can figure out is why my mom’s mom was in California. How did she get there and where was she originally from? It has been said by my grandparents that my biological grandma had relations with a Navy seaman who had french ancestory. Anyone with any information please contact me!
Hi, Mitchell, Welcome.
Can you put a date of any kind on your mother or grandmother?
Bill
