I am trying to find out anything I can on the Valentine family of Mecklenburg County VA and the Foreman family of Hertford County and/or Perquimans, NC. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Kelley,

More specific names and dates, if you have them, will be necessary to help you.

Kelley,

My apologies – it got buried in my ‘stack’.

I did find out more information about my grandfather James Edgar Foreman. He had a brother named Henry, a sister possibly named Tina and a half-brother Wesley (same dad different mothers). (James) Edgar married my grandmother Lee Carrie or Lou Carry (the spelling varies) who was West Indian and she had a sister named Lizzy.

Thanks in advance
