I smile everytime I see your Avatar, she is sooo cute! I hope to see you posting:)
I have found a new hair/scalp treatment for dry winter months…rosemary oil…use it just like a hot oil treatment for your hair, wonderful…thanks for the welcome back! Blessings,

you’ll have to excuse my typing–i’m nak–nursing at keyboard!
my poor son–that is auden on my avatar. he’s the one we always get questions about:rolleyes: he was always mistaken for a girl until we finally cut his hair:D
i will have to share some of my herbal discoveries with you. i did A LOT of research on herbal medicine while i was pregnant. i finally developed preeclampsia but i think if i had not consumed large quantities of nettle and red raspberry leaf it would have been much, much worse.
it is good to see you back and i look forward to talking with you.

Thanks Drae, well your son was blessed as mine with the most beautiful brown eyes and lashes most would kill for. His is adorable:) I understand the nursing, having 6 of my own…loved every minute of it, what a bonding experience! Now I am feeding grandbabies bottles, my son and his wife are expecting again in August…I can’t wait:D
I am happy everything went well and your new bundle is healthy! Boy or girl? I hope you are feeling well! I would love to hear your new herbal discoveries. I just purchased another book, Indian Herbalology Of North America, Alma R. Hutchens. I have not gotten too far, with school and all, but will share when I get further into it.

I forgot to fill in the gaps!
Cade Macauley was born on October 17th. 5 lb 6 oz, he was about 4 weeks early–I had to be induced but it had to be done for both our sakes. He was healthy enough for us to go home that same Friday. Had some feeding problems at first but no longer–he weighs a whopping 14 1/2 lb now at 15 weeks! The power of milk!:D
You’ll definitely have to let me know what you find in that book–it has a great title!

Oh, blessings Drae:) I am glad everything is well with you both! I love the name you chose, very original and beautiful…I tried to do the same with my kiddos. It’s funny, once they figure it out (eating)…well, seemed mine ate all the time! My youngest is 8 and I still can’t keep him out of the frig…lol. Nothing better than mother’s milk and lotsa love:)
When I get some extra time (I am taking 2 classes and 1 is organic and bio chem, ugh!) I will dive into the book and post some goodies! Blessings,
