Howdy folks, I was hoping all yall scattered around the country could help me out.
I’m looking for summer.
He was supposed to show up around the end of June or early July, bringing temps of up to 108 degrees in my neck of the desert. Alas, its early August, and he still hasn’t arrived. I’m lucky if the high temp breaks 90. Maybe he got lost, maybe he got kidnapped. So if any of you happen to find my missing summer, send him off in a northwesterly direction, we need him to ripen the berries!
